Pooja International Nepal Pvt Ltd, the official distributor of German brand Volkswagen in Nepal has launched Watrus sedan and new Tygun vehicle at Naima Auto Show in Kathmandu.

The company claims that both these vehicles are equipped with the most powerful 1.5 liter turbo power engine in this segment. The company said that this vehicle made with German technology will give you a feeling of unparalleled safety and power performance.

The company said that Udo Volz of the German Embassy unveiled both of these vehicles at the Naima Auto Show. According to the company, both these vehicles have a fuel efficient engine capable of producing 150 horsepower from 1500 cc, running from two or four cylinders depending on the power requirement.

Even though the Volkswagen Watrus is a sedan, the company claims that it has a ground clearance of 180 mm, which is more than many SUVs available in Nepal. Similarly, the Volkswagen Tigun GT SUV has been launched with a ground clearance of 188 mm and a state-of-the-art seven-speed gearbox, suitable for the roads of Nepal, according to the company.

6 air bags, electronic stability control, heel hold control, etc. are also available in it, the company said.
