program, food industry experts, entrepreneurs and stakeholders from Nepal and Italy had their say. Leading Italian brands - Life LAIEF, Technois, Pacint and Cold Car - showcased cutting-edge, sustainable and efficient technologies from production to transport.

This collaboration has been assessed as an important step towards the professional and technology-friendly development of the frozen desert industry in Nepal.
