Under Ncell's bumper gift scheme, Parvati Karki of Dhading has received one crore rupees as a bumper gift. Ncell's Chief Financial Officer Inamul Kabir handed over the award to Karki at a function held at Ncell's central office on Friday.

Accepting the bumper award, Karki said that she has received a gift that she never thought of in her life.  "I have suffered a lot in my life, but I never gave up and kept my family moving forward. I believe that this award is the result of my thinking and struggle. I would like to thank the Ncell family for this," she said.

After sending her husband abroad, she also did business in Kathmandu for some time. But after losing millions of rupees in a few months, she sent her husband abroad again. Even now, her husband is abroad and some debts are left. Husband's health is also not good. Now you don't have to swallow the sick body to pay the debt. In Nepal, husband and wife are thinking of doing some business together. We will also invest in our son's education,' she said.

In the plan introduced by Ncell, Karki won a bumper cash prize, while 50 other lucky customers won a cash prize of one lakh rupees as a weekly prize. As per the instructions of the Nepal Telecommunication Authority, this scheme, which was launched for 12 weeks, was stopped in the fifth week, from 1st July.

We are extremely happy to deliver on our commitment by awarding this bumper prize under the 'Always a Millionaire' campaign,'' said Kabir, Chief Financial Officer, Ncell. On behalf of the entire Ncell family, I would like to extend my heartiest congratulations to Parvati Karki. His story is a story of hope. It also reflects our unwavering commitment to our word," he said. "We are delighted to be a partner in his journey. I am confident that he will use this prize money to realize his dream of starting his own business. We are planning to go to Dhading after her husband returns.'

Considering the interests of the consumers, the company announced the winners and awarded the customers who participated in the scheme within the operational period. Cash prizes have been handed over to 36 people including Karki and one lakh rupees will be won. According to Ncell, 15 people will be awarded after completing the customer verification process.
