An agreement has been signed between NIC Asia Bank and Nagarkot Community Homestay to provide special discounts on homestay services to the bank's customers.

With the agreement, bank customers will now get 10 percent discount when making digital payments at Nagarkot Community Homestay run by 17 households.  

According to the statement issued by the bank, the customer can enjoy the discount facility when paying through the bank's mobile banking service app by taking the service of Nagarkot Community Homestay located in Changunarayan, Bhaktapur.

The bank said that this agreement will help to promote digital payments in financial inclusion and digital empowerment. According to the bank, this will provide simple, easy, secure digital payment facilities to the customers and help in sustainable rural tourism development.
