Karki presided over the 381st meeting of the bank's board of directors held on Monday and also assumed the post of chairman of the board of directors.
In the 23rd annual general meeting of the bank held on 29th January 2081, Karki was elected as the director of the bank representing the shareholders of the general public.
He was elected as the chairman of the board of directors from the meeting of the 380th board of directors of the bank held on June 19, 2082.
