Tourists coming to Nepal from different countries of the world and using Alipay Plus network can pay directly at Nepalpay QR merchants.
An agreement has been reached between NACAC Bank and Nepal Clearing House Limited (NCHL) so that tourists using the 'Alipay Plus' network can pay directly at NepalPay QR merchants.
Citizens of more than 11 countries connected to 'Alipay Plus' will be able to pay directly at the NepalPay QR merchant provided by NIC Asia Bank through their country's wallet or banking app when they come to Nepal.
'Alipay Plus' network includes various banks and payment providers from China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Mongolia, Thailand, South Korea, Italy, Macao, Germany and others. The agreement between the bank and NCHL has also promoted the country's international QR payment and provided easy payment service for tourists coming to Nepal.
