Sumit Kedia, president of the foundation, handed over the disaster rescue materials to Police Chief Tek Bahadur Tamang at the Ratna Park Valley Police Office. Tamang said that since there is no fixed time for disasters, not only the government mechanism but the cooperation and awareness of all parties are necessary for rescue and management.
Geographically, since Kathmandu is a flood prone area, Kedia said that in collaboration with the Valley Police Office, materials have been distributed for the safety of common citizens. He promised to continue such cooperation in the future.
