An agreement has been reached between the Citizen Investment Fund and the Land Management and Records Department regarding the withholding and release of mortgages through the online system.

The agreement was signed by Executive Director Parbat Kumar Karki on behalf of the fund and Director General Shiv Prasad Regmi on behalf of the department. After the agreement, the housing and simple loans provided by the Fund in Kathmandu Valley will be secured and released online. It is believed that the work related to housing and simple loans will be faster.
