Doleshwar Village Resort and Farm House and Citizens Capital have entered into an institutional consultancy agreement. The agreement was signed by Ramnath Mainali, President of the Resort, and Sabir Bade Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of Capital.
After the agreement, Capital will provide consultancy services for the whole preparatory work to convert the resort from a private limited company to a public company and obtain permission for a public offering (IPO).
The resort, which has started business since 2076, is spread over an area of 10 ropani in Doleshwar Bhaktapur. The company said that the number of 15 rooms in the resort will be increased to 35 rooms and the swimming pool is under construction.
