Ncell has launched 'Ncell Shop in Shop'. Further expanding its customer service, the company has launched the shop with a new concept.
The app is operated by Ncell in partnership with Ncell's official retailer New Lumbini A to Z Mobile.
Ncell's Chief of Staff Steven Rodriguez opened the shop during a ceremony held on Thursday. From SAP, the customer will receive general inquiry service regarding Ncell's services and facilities.
Customers will get the services available from Ncell's shop, which include SIM acquisition, recharge, KYC update, SIM ownership re-verification, packs such as the popular Always On Renewal, e-SIM upgrade and internet setting services, the company said.
