The British Council has released a research report on the current situation and future prospects of Transnational Education (TNE) in Nepal. The report highlights the opportunities available to students and educational institutions and the challenges they face, the council said.

This report was released in an event organized by the British Council in Kathmandu. In the program, policy makers, high representatives of educational institutes, education sector stakeholders, teachers and international education experts discussed the issues of international education. In the

program, Country Director of Council Nepal Rustam Modi said that international education can play an important role in building the future of Nepal's higher education.
