Medical industrialists Dinesh Thakur and Ranjit Bhagat have established an international level parenteral (saline water) industry with a joint investment of one billion in Bypass Road located in Budhiganga Rural Municipality-2 of Morang. An industry called Alexa Lifescience aims to produce high quality medicines in Nepal.
Industry investors Dinesh Thakur and Ranjit Bhagat organized a press conference and gave information about the industry. This industry has been established in financial collaboration with Everest Bank, which has committed an investment of Rs 60 crore.
Alexa Lifescience claims to produce high-quality slime using German technology machines. It is believed that the investment made in the construction of the industry and the level of technology will bring the pharmaceutical industry of Nepal to a new standard.
According to Dinesh Thakur, the founder of Alexa Lifescience, the main objective of this industry is to promote indigenous drug production and reduce drug imports. The industry has planned to provide direct employment to 150 people in Biratnagar. Alexa Lifescience plans to produce saline drugs in the first phase of LVP 100 ml to 3000 ml, while in the second phase, SVP drugs will be produced, under which drugs from 1 ml to 20 ml will be produced. In the third phase, it is aimed to produce eye medicine and ear medicine.
