The Department of Information Technology has formally listed Ncell as a data center service provider and cloud service provider last Sunday.

The department under the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology has given approval to Ncell as per the 'Data Center and Cloud Service Operation and Management Guideline 2081'.

After direct inspection of the company and evaluation of the submitted documents, the department said that the listing was granted as the company met the necessary safety and technical standards. Ncell provides data center and 

has informed through a release that it has been listed separately for cloud services. As a result, the company now claims to be the first and only company that can operate both services legally.
