A memorandum of understanding has been signed between Ramada Encore and Impact S for leadership development in the hospitality sector. On Wednesday, Ramada Encore Managing Director Mahesh Phuyal, co-founders of Impact S, German citizen Kim Baden and Kovid Panthi jointly signed the memorandum of understanding.
Impact S has been providing training to leaders in the hospitality sector. "We have been studying the hotels and conducting trainings and conferences according to their needs," said Kovid Panthi, co-founder of Impact S. Panthi has reduced Impact S by making agreements with Marriott Hotel, Yak & Yeti Hotel, Crowne Plaza Kathmandu (Solti) and other hotels in Nepal. He said that Impact S has worked with the aim of bringing long-term changes in the Nepali hospitality industry.
Mahesh Phuyal, General Manager of Ramada Hotel operated by Wyndham Group in Thamel, expects that this investment in leadership development will make the service and experience more effective.
