Daraz has announced the 'Daraz Future Leaders Program 2025'. It is a group-wide management trainee program conducted simultaneously in Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

According to Daraz, the aim of this program is to further enrich the e-commerce sector by identifying local talent with future leadership potential. The program, which will run as a 15-month touring program, will start from July 2025, according to Daraz. Under the

program, the participants will get the opportunity to undergo structured training in the main departments of the company. Under the guidance of senior leadership, trainees will get the opportunity to work with local and international strategic teams, the company said. For this it will be open from 8th to 14th Baisakh.
