Symex Inc., the official distributor of BYD for Nepal, has announced the implementation of an extended warranty policy on all BYD electric vehicles on sale across the country. According to the company, this new policy is designed to maintain customer satisfaction and trust.

 Under this, the warranty period of various parts including battery, motor, vehicle components has been made longer. Battery and motor will now have coverage up to 10 years or 2 lakh kilometers. The company claims that it is the longest in the current EV industry.

Cymex CEO Sahil Shrestha said that the company has strong faith in the reliability and durability of electric vehicles based on BYD's state-of-the-art technology. He said that this extended warranty will help provide long-term value and satisfaction to customers using electric vehicles.
