The American technology company 'Sumax Inc' has released a modern enterprise resource planning (ERP) system that is useful for businessmen in the government contracting process, construction, engineering, consulting, architecture and other fields. This company of Raju Karki, a Nepali entrepreneur living in America, has built an AI-based ERP.
The company claims that "Sumax" ERP is more affordable and simpler than the traditional ERP system. According to Sumex CEO and founder Karki, this system is specially designed for small and medium businesses. It aims to eliminate the high cost and complexity of using traditional ERP systems.
'Small and medium businesses have to struggle to use expensive, complex, old systems,' says Karki, 'We have brought a solution that can be easily implemented. It can reduce the back-office budget by 50 percent.
The company claims that the ERP system based on AI technology will help in project profit/loss analysis, management of indirect expenses and compliance with complex legal standards. Key features of the system include facilitating time, cost and resource management with sub-projects for project and account based management. The company mentions that it makes it easier to coordinate business operations as a whole because it is interoperable with modules from external vendors.
