Nabil Bank has launched 'Nabil Sustainable Savings Account'. According to the bank, this account was launched with the aim of encouraging carbon emission reduction and control.

In support of Nepal's goal of zero carbon emissions by 2045, the bank said that 0.5 percent of the total amount kept in the account will be spent annually on carbon emission reduction and environmental projects. Customers participating in this plan will also get additional services from the bank.
