Global IME Bank and International Finance Corporation (IFC) have signed an agreement to provide advisory services to advance digital financial services and embedded finance models. The agreement was signed by Surendraraj Regmi, Chief Executive Officer of the bank and Allen Forlemu, Regional Industry Director, FIG, Asia and Pacific on behalf of IFC.

According to the agreement, IFC, which is part of the World Bank Group, will evaluate the digital transformation and data maturity of the Global IME Bank, identify the areas that need to be improved and provide strategic suggestions for enhancing the bank's digital banking capabilities.

In addition, IFC will study the potential of fintech to promote embedded finance models and provide advice to banks. After the agreement, the bank believes that it will be easy to develop innovative and technology-friendly services by transforming the various services and facilities available in the bank.
