'BYD Hi-Tech Week 2025' has started in Kathmandu under the initiative of Symex Inc. Pvt Ltd, the official distributor of BYD for Nepal. The exhibition, which started on Wednesday at the Everest Hotel premises, will run till February 18.
5 models are on display namely BYD Sark, Bao Five, Denza, Yangwang U8 and Z Nai GT. The visitors were also informed about various advanced technologies used by BYD in the exhibition. In the high-tech interactive zone of the exhibition, information was given about the new technology in BYD vehicles, from the blade battery to the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). Performances and demos of various models of BYD vehicles were also displayed at the
exhibition. A discussion session on EV technology and AI was also held at the exhibition. In which Yamuna Shrestha, president of Cymex Inc. Pvt. Ltd., said that they are trying to promote environment-friendly vehicles.
