Yadav Ghimire has been elected as the president of Nepal Tissue Industry Association. The third annual general meeting of the association elected him as the president.

Ramhari Karki, vice president of the new working committee, Bishnuprasad Bakhrel as secretary, and Shyamhari Luintel as treasurer have been elected. Similarly, Premhari Mainali, Niranjan Ghimire, Rajesh Shrestha, Anil Pradhan, Sunila Goyal Aggarwal have been elected as members.

The newly elected president Ghimire expressed his commitment to expand the association's membership and build a dignified and orderly organization in the coming days. In addition, he also said that he would take initiatives to remove the excise duty imposed by the government on the raw material of tissue paper.

Dharmendra Jha was the chief guest and Sushil Kumar Goshali and Indra Bahadur Karki were present in the program held on Thursday under the chairmanship of Manoj Manandhar, outgoing president of the association.
