Nepal Merchant Bankers Association and Association of Investment Bankers of India (AIBI) have entered into a partnership agreement regarding mutual assistance and cooperation in investment business.
The agreement was signed at AIBI's 13th Annual Conference held at Jio World Convention Center in Mumbai, India. President Ramendra Rayamazhi on behalf of Nepal Merchant Bankers Association and President Mahavir Lunawat on behalf of AIBI signed the agreement.
According to the agreement between the Nepal Merchant Bankers Association and the Association of Investment Bankers of India, to enhance skill development and professional capacity between the merchant bankers of India and Nepal, to maintain ethical standards, to promote coordination with regulatory bodies along with professional development, and mutual cooperation in the development of information and technology. It is said that cooperation will be provided.
