E-Service has announced 'Innovation Day'. The company made the announcement on the occasion of its 16th anniversary. E-Seva envisioned cashless transactions and released the beta version in 2009 and started service from January 25, 2010.

The e-service, which started with mobile top-up, currently provides payment facilities for more than two thousand services including internet, electricity and water bill payment, airplane, bus ticket, school and college fees, hotel booking, share and demat account renewal, blue book renewal, insurance etc. The company said.

So far, there are 10 million users of e-services and more than 268 thousand agents and more than 450 thousand merchants.
