An agreement has been signed between the Indian company Prozil Green Energy and Golyan Power Limited, which works in the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) model in the solar energy sector, to work in the renewable energy sector in Nepal. According to the joint venture agreement Prozil Green Energy will lead as a development company in the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) model in the renewable energy sector. Sandeep Shah, president of the Solar Energy Producers' Association (SOPAN), said that the role of solar energy in the development of energy will be significant. He said that by providing easy access to the transmission line, solar energy can be produced from Mustang and other places.
