PhonePay Services will pay 10.53 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. The decision was taken by the company's fifth annual general meeting held on Tuesday.

The meeting said that the shareholders of the company will be given a cash dividend of 10.53 percent of the paid-up capital that remained until the end of last June. The same assembly has also decided to appoint NBSM & Associates for the audit of the financial year 2080/81.
