Civic Investment Fund has decided to give 13 percent bonus and dividend to shareholders. The company's 30th annual general meeting took the decision on Monday.
The assembly has approved the decision to provide 7 percent bonus shares and 6 percent cash dividend (including tax) allocated in the income distribution statement for the financial year 2080/81.
The meeting discussed and passed the report of the Board of Directors for 2080/81. Along with this, the fund has discussed and passed the balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow statement for the end of June 2081 with the auditor's report.
