Sangrila Development Bank Limited has completed its 20th Annual General Meeting.

The general meeting held in Kathmandu on Monday approved 3.6516 percent of the paid-up capital of the bank three billion forty-three million nine hundred seventy-one thousand three hundred and fifty-five rupees as bonus shares of twelve million two hundred eighty-four thousand four hundred seven rupees and 0.1922 percent of the paid-up capital for the purpose of tax payment. It has passed a resolution to distribute the cash dividend of Rs.

With the passing of this resolution, the paid-up capital of Sangrila Development Bank has reached three billion fifty-five crores, sixty-two lakhs fifty-five thousand seven hundred and nineteen rupees and fifty-five paise. The General Assembly has also passed resolutions including the appointment of auditors, amendment of articles of association, mergers and acquisitions, along with the financial statements of A.V.080/81.
