Siddharth Bank will provide 4 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. The decision was taken at the 23rd annual general meeting of the bank held in Kathmandu on Sunday.
The assembly has passed the decision to distribute 563.5 million 99 thousand 285 rupees as 4 percent of the bank's 14 billion 899 million 80 thousand 185 rupees. The bank has also decided to issue 'SBL 8.25 percent unredeemable unreserved preference shares' after approval.
