The seventh annual general meeting of Kamaladi-based Wonders Nepal Pvt Ltd has nominated Tej Bahadur Singh as the president and Bishnuhari Pandey as the managing director.
According to the statement issued by the Pvt. Ltd., the General Assembly has passed the proposal to issue an IPO to the public by converting this company into a public limited company. In the
program, the newly appointed managing director Pandey said that a restaurant and club with a 360-degree view will be put into operation in the Skywalk Tower. Similarly, more adventure activities such as city bungee jump, dome project will also be expanded soon. It is said that Skywalk Tower will be developed as the main tourist spot of Kathmandu by expanding the range of services there.
