Kajaria Ramesh Tiles has started ceramic tile production in Nepal. The industry has started production of 300 by 450 mm size ceramic tiles.

Earlier, the industry has introduced 600 by 600 mm and 600 by 1200 mm glazed vitrified tiles as well as 400 by 400 mm heavy duty vitrified tiles. According to the statement issued by the company, Kajaria has built a network of more than 100 dealers and distributors across Nepal.

The director of the industry, Himanshu Agarwal, said that ceramic tiles produced with modern technology are being prepared to be brought to the market. A joint venture between Kajaria Ramesh Tiles and Indian Industry Kajaria Ceramics is building a tile manufacturing plant in Nawalparasi.
