An agreement has been signed between IT company IMS Software and Himalayan Bank for the implementation of modern automatic payment technology.
The agreement was signed between IMS and the bank during a ceremony on Monday. Santosh Tamrakar, Managing Director of IMS and Vijayaman Nakarmi, Assistant Chief Executive Officer of the Bank signed the agreement. According to the agreement, IMS will implement modern automated payment technology in the Bank's Point of Sale (POS) devices.
The company said that this technology will make card and QR based payments faster and safer. Also, the bank's POS devices will be integrated with the billing software of IMS software. The company claims that this integration will enable the use of software.
