Association of Independent Power Producers, Nepal (IPPAN) will celebrate its silver jubilee with a special programme. In a press conference in Kathmandu on Thursday, IPPAN informed that the 25th anniversary of its establishment will be celebrated with a special program on January 4.
Ippan President Ganesh Karki said that Ippan has formed various committees to celebrate "Ippan Silver Jubilee, 2081" with the slogan "Leading the Energy Prosperity".
In terms of investment, the largest private sector in Nepal and more than 500 energy producing companies are members of the umbrella organization of energy entrepreneurs Ippan, specially commemorating this 25-year journey of Ippan, with a special program to present the achievements and progress made during this period, Karki said. .

Similarly, on the eve of the Silver Jubilee, Futsal and Badminton competitions, blood donation programs, EV rallies, essay writing competitions, short documentary making competitions and photo competitions will be organized. The winner, runner-up and third place teams of
Futsal and Badminton competitions will be awarded Rs 30,000, 20,000 and 10,000 respectively. Khatiwada informed that the team registration has been opened and the competition will be held on January 26 and 27.
