Citizen Investment Fund and IME Limited signed an agreement to guarantee shares on Tuesday. The agreement was signed by Parvatkumar Karki, executive director of the fund, and Diwakar Paudel, chief executive officer of IME.
IME has entered into a guarantee agreement with the fund regarding the issuance of shares worth Rs. The fund has informed through a statement that the duration of the
agreement will be 6 months from the date of signing.
