The second annual general meeting of Srinagar Agritech Industries Limited in Suddhodhan, Rupandehi has been completed.

The general meeting has elected company founder Satishchand Shrestha, Mousumi Shrestha, Kamal Prasad Nepal, Satish Raj Paudyal and Ramkrishna Khatiwada as directors.

The General Assembly of Agritech Industries has approved Amar Bahadur Thing as an independent director to modernize the agricultural sector and lay the foundation for commercial agriculture.

The general meeting has also passed the annual report of Srinagar Agritech Industries Limited presented by the chairman of the company.
