Kathmandu Model Secondary School celebrated Silver Jubilee Festival. Established in the year 2057, the school celebrated its 25th year of establishment as a Silver Jubilee.

On the occasion, the school organized a 6.3 km mini-marathon competition on Saturday. In which more than 3500 students including national marathon runner Vaikunth Manandhar participated. In the

marathon race, Abhishek Magar, Sudeep Thapalia, and Nirajan Pun came first, while Nikita Kunwar, Christina Katila, and Nirmala Vick came third. Cash prizes, medals and certificates were given to the first, second and third placers in

at the rates of 10,000, 5,000 and 3,000 rupees respectively.
