The Janakpur High Court has issued an interim order to prevent the municipality from imposing the contract on the cow market without any intervention without the approval of Nigaul Gai Cowshala.

The joint bench of High Court Janakpur Judge Rajuram Silwal and Judge Khemraj Bhatt has issued an interim order on Monday in the name of the opponent in accordance with Rule 42 of the High Court Rules, 2073, ordering the Gaushala Municipal Office not to interfere in any way without the organization's approval and not to impose any action on the haat bazaar contract in the injunction requested by Nigaul Gai Cowshala Management Office, Mahottari .

Nigaul Gai Gaushala Plot No. 82, 83, 84 land owner registration seems to be maintained in the name of Shresta Gai Gaushala, the agreement between Savik Naman Rural Municipality and Nigaul Gai Gaushala on 22nd of June 2070 regarding the contract for the said land has also expired, so Janakpur High Court issued an interim order on Monday not to interfere in any way until the case is finally settled.

Earlier, the Janakpur High Court has canceled the short-term interim order regarding the market contract. The joint bench of High Court Janakpur Judge Rajuram Silwal and Judge Khemraj Bhatt canceled the short-term interim order given by Prithvi Narayan Mahato and Satan Sah as an opponent on Monday.

The interim order was issued in the name of the Gaushala municipal office and the notice issued by the Gaushala municipality office submitted by the opponents during the debate also states that since the location of the contract mentioned in the petition has been moved, there is no need to continue the short-term interim order issued by the High Court Janakpur in the name of the opponents.

On the 7th of July, the bench of Judge Mahendranath Upadhyay of the High Court of Janakpur, received by the petitioner Shravan Kumar Mahato from the office of the Gaushala Municipal Municipal Executive, Ch.No. 103, dated June 32, 2082, a short-term interim order was also issued in the name of the opponents in accordance with section 158 of the Civil Code of Civil Procedure, 2074, not to obstruct the performance of the work in accordance with the custom.

The cow cow shed cow market contract was entered into with the condition that Gaushala municipality would give 25 percent of the money raised from the market to the cow cow shed in 2070. However, a dispute has flared up between the Gaushala Municipality side and the Gai Gaushala side regarding the issue of non-payment of the amount due to Gai Gaushala. After the Gaushala Municipality office refused to give the remaining amount of more than 50 million for the contract, the dispute escalated when the municipality obstructed the process of awarding the cattle market contract by itself.
