Journalist Dhanbir Dahal has received the UML leader Yadu Gautam Memorial Journalism Award. UML Vice-President Bishnu Poudel presented the award to Dahal on Wednesday. So far, 24 journalists have received this award worth Rs 25,000. The Yadu Gautam Memorial Foundation has been awarding one journalist every year. Gautam was killed by the Maoists in 2055 during an election campaign.
