Similarly, the foundation has awarded the ‘Jit-Rekh Magar Literary Award-2081’ to Ujir Rana Magar, a Magar language writer from Ahaltar, Dudhauli-14, Sindhuli. Its prize money is Rs 60,000.
The ‘Jai Bahadur Hitan Magar Memorial Award-2081’ worth Rs 40,000 has been awarded to Khagendra Gharti Magar, a Magar social worker and founding member of the Nepal Magar Association.
Similarly, the ‘Jit-Rekh Magar New Talent Literary Award-2081’ has been awarded to playwright Rakesh B.M. Chintan, a resident of Mirul, Thawang-2, Rolpa. Its prize money is Rs 15,000.
These awards were jointly presented by the chief guest Indira Rana Magar and special guest Bhupal Rai.
