A large literary gathering with the participation of poets from three districts was held in Pakhribas, Dhankuta on Saturday. 38 poets from Dhankuta, Bhojpur and Tehrathum recited poems in the large literary gathering organized by Pakhribas Sahitya Kala Samaj.

The poets participating in the gathering, named 'Ramchema Kavita Vachan', recited poems on topics ranging from relevant political events to social, cultural, love, separation and philosophy of life.

Dhruv Alex, secretary of Pakhribas Sahitya Kala Samaj, the organizer, informed that poets from Dhankuta, Tehrathum and Bhojpur participated in the occasion.

Roshan Pariyar, Uttam Tumsa Limbu, KG Subba, RC Adhikari, Ananta Anurag, Bhim Rai, Omprakash Niraula recited their poems. Similarly, Sanjay Sayal, Santosh Subedi, Gopal Baraili, Dhruv Alex, Dwarika Rijal, DR Phuyal, Rekha Chhetri, Indu KC, Chakendra Rai, Prajjwal Purkar and Tara Kafle also recited their works. Dinesh Thapa of Tehrathum, Roshan Yatri and Mani Rai of Bhojpur also presented their works on the occasion.

The program, which was scheduled to be organized on Chaitra 7, was postponed due to rain and wind at that time. Literary gatherings such as 'Chiyasang Kavita' have been held regularly in the district every Friday.
