The book 'Sankalpana' written by former president of the Federation of Nepali Journalists Bipul Pokharel was made public on Tuesday.

Releasing the book, former President Ram Baran Yadav said that the National Independent Party should be able to utilize the nearly two-thirds public vote obtained in the recent House of Representatives elections to build the country while preserving the republic, constitution and federalism. He stressed that everyone should accept the movement, change and election results of the Gen-G youth and that the Rashtriya Swatantra Party should be able to utilize them to build the country.

At the program, Nepali Congress leader Minendra Rijal emphasized that the party that won the majority in the House of Representatives elections held on Falgun 21 should take the lead in building the country and that all other parties and citizens should shoulder their respective responsibilities. Stating that the country has been practicing 'business politics' and the culture of alliances since 2074 BS, the latest public opinion has put a 'break' on it, he opined that the country should move forward without repeating the mistakes of the past.

Former Minister Rijal said that it is not appropriate to regulate information technology with wrong intentions or imagine a political system without an opposition in a democratic system.

RSS Executive Chairman Dharmendra Jha emphasized that all those in charge of democracy should be more responsible and assimilated democracy in a way that the people could feel. He said that the book published by Pakhrel has given an example that newspaper writing can also form ideas and become a work of art.

Senior journalist Babita Basnet commented that the book 'Sankalpana' is not just a collection of articles but also a document of the times, saying that the author has presented a vision about the feelings of the youth and the strengthening of democracy.
