Writer Pashupati Ghimire's latest travelogue, Some Waves of Three Continents, has been launched. At a function held in Kathmandu on Saturday, Prof. Govinda Raj Bhattarai, world cyclist Pushkar Shah, critic Rajkumar Baniya, writer Pashupati Ghimire, publisher Pushparaj Poudel, essayist Kumari Lama and poet Prahlad Pokharel jointly launched the book.

Reviewer Rajkumar Baniya shared his views on the content, language style, etc. of the book. 'This book will take the reader to different places without boarding a ship, getting a ticket or visa,' Baniya said. 'This book is full of history, language, culture and human sensitivity.''

Bhattarai said that Some Waves of Three Continents is a remarkable work in the field of travel writing. Stating that he had also visited many of the places visited by the author, Bhattarai made the atmosphere humorous by showing the stones he had brought from Greece, just as the children of author Ghimire carried stones from Greece.

Special guest Pushkar Shah said that although fiction writers are more special than non-fiction, non-fiction also has its own importance. Shah said, "It is a great thing to be able to travel the world through letters." Author Ghimire said that it was a matter of great fortune to release his work among distinguished dignitaries. About four dozen literature lovers were present at the ceremony held at a hotel in the capital.
