On the second day of the Third Comprehensive Children's Literature Festival, Monday, eight children's books by Vijayraj Acharya, president of the Children's Literature Society, were released simultaneously.

Book release work Former Vice Chancellor of Sangeet Natya Pratishthan and senior dramatist Harihar Sharma said that it was important to publish eight books at once and said that the published books are relevant to the time. Reviewing the released books, Prof. Dr. Govinda Poudel said that yesterday's history was presented in a simple and artistic way. He said that this book would be suitable for children of the Tharu community.
On Monday, a group discussion was held on the topics of 'Local Government and Children' and 'Children's Literature, Textbooks and Reading Culture' at the festival, while working papers on 'The Future Path of Children's Literature' and 'Folklore to Future: Blending Bangladeshi Culture with Science Fiction' were presented.
The group discussion titled 'Local Government and Children' was facilitated by journalist Yashoda Adhikari. The discussion was debated by Lalitpur Metropolitan City Deputy Mayor Manjali Shakya, National Child Rights Council Nepal Vice President Bam Baniya, and Konjyosom Rural Municipality President Krishnaman Lama.
The working paper presentation titled 'The Future Path of Children's Literature' was presented by senior children's writer Victor Pradhan, while the commentary was given by senior critic Prof. Dr. Ramesh Prasad Bhattarai. The program was chaired by senior journalist and writer Kanakmani Dixit.
Presenter Bangladeshi writer Dr. Mizanur Rahman Kallol presented a paper titled 'Folklore to Future: Blending Bangladeshi Culture with Science Fiction', while commentator, critic and translator Mahesh Paudyal was present. The program was chaired by Arjun Maharjan, Chairman of PABSON, Lalitpur Metropolitan City.

Facilitator storyteller and children's writer Shanta Dahal was the facilitator, while early child development expert Dr. Meenakshi Dahal and writer Yashu Shrestha, children's writer Kavya Simkhada and child reader Ayansh Gyawali participated as speakers.
The festival, which began on Magh 11 and will continue till Magh 13 at the Patan Durbar Museum, jointly organized by Nepal Children's Literature Society, Lalitpur Metropolitan City and Patan Museum, will continue on Magh 13. The
