The book 'From the Dead Sea to Sagarmatha', written by Pushkar Shah, a world-renowned cyclist known for spreading messages of peace, unity and humanity through cycling around the world, was launched on Tuesday.
Author Pushkar Shah and representatives of the Gen-G youth group jointly launched the book at a program organized at Nepal Academy, Kamaladi. It was expressed that the launched work will instill a sense of patriotism, tolerance and courage in Nepali youth around the world.
Author Shah informed that the book covers his life story from childhood to his world cycling journey.
Pushkar Shah had spread the message of world peace by cycling to more than 150 countries around the world for about 11 years since 1998. He had also given the message of 'world peace' by reaching the summit of Mount Everest and hoisting the flags of the nations of the world.
