On the occasion of the 149th birth anniversary of Jai Prithvi Bahadur Singh, Nepal Children's Literature Society (Nebasas) honored the founders who are helping in the growth of children's literature on Saturday.

In the program where expert science writer Tirtha Bahadur Shrestha was the chief guest, girl Kalpana Bista received the Jai Prithvi Children's Art Award 2081 and girl Anubhuti Budha Magar received the Jai Prithvi Children's Arts Writer Award 2081. Similarly, the girl Avani Khadka was also honored for the children's story collection 'Band Kotha'.
