Shangrila Books has published a new book 'Poshan Varnmala : Thari-thari Rang, Thari-thari Savat' with the aim of introducing food to the children who have just started learning the alphabet.

The coordinators of the book are Krishna GC and Purnachandra Vasti. The book will help children to develop a positive attitude towards local, traditional and traditional food from an early age. In addition, it is believed that it will help parents and teachers to develop good eating habits.

Poshan Alphabet book has introduced a new style of teaching Nepali alphabet. Each letter contains an introduction to the traditional foods of different places and castes of Nepal. More than 160 foods are covered in this book based on availability and study. To make the

book attractive, Anamika Gautam has prepared illustrations and Anvika Giri has edited it.  Shangrila Books believes that the

book will become a simple and effective way for parents and teachers at school to introduce children to healthy foods and letters.
