Ashok Silwal's 'App Deepo Bhavah' has been released.

'App Deepo Bhavah', which contains the romantic journey of Kailash Mansarovar, has been released at the famous Potala Palace in Lhasa. 

writer Silwal and President of Association of Kailash Tour Operators of Nepal Bimal Naharki jointly released the book . 

'App Dipo Bhavah' is Silwal's fourth book, where the supernatural-mundane experiences of Kailash Kora Garda in Tibet are recorded. Silwal, who is also a Langtang Goodwill Ambassador, has previously published 'Kalam', which explores journalism, 'Lekhak Dunyayan', which explores the intricacies of literature, and 'Sri Lanka Smriti', which contains the delights of travel. An independent journalist who is also a tourism trainer, Silwal is also a documentary director.

'Appa Deepo Bhavah means become your own light,' Silwal said about the work, citing the sutra of Buddha.
