Press Council Nepal has published the book 'History of Nepali Media: From Print to Digital' covering all aspects of Nepali media from past to present.

Education, Science and Technology Minister Raghuji Pant released the book at the editors dialogue program held in the capital on Friday. The challenges added in every era in journalism and overcoming the three development made by the media and important  The book covers the role played by the media in the events.  

Kundan Aryal, Raghu Mainali, Jagat Nepal, Good Luck Bindu Tuladhar, Ujjwal Acharya, Bhuvan KC, Rudra Khadka and Tirtha Koirala, 8 writers in different genres of media are in the book. Under print, 'Yesterday's pamphlet, today's broadsheet,' under radio, 'From excitement to transformation', under television, 'Leap in audio-visual journalism', online under 'Digital youth news,  The contents of the book under the title of 'Social Media and Journalism' under Social Networks, 'Development, Practice and Future and Ethics in Journalism under the Code of Ethics' are included in the book.

'We have published this book because it will help us to find out the difficult situation of Nepali journalism in the past and the struggles of different eras and the possibilities of tomorrow in the journalism and media sector,' said the chairman of the council, Balkrishna Basnet, 'many of the media-related materials that were published earlier did not have a research character . Therefore, a book has been brought to cover all genres of journalism including research.'  In the editor dialogue program held in connection with the release of

book, various journalists discussed the pressure of technology in journalism and the practical challenges created by it.
