Mukundaraj Sharma's essay collection 'Dhobighat Melody' was discussed in Random Readers Society on Saturday.

Journalist Raghunath Wagle discussed the work in the program chaired by the president of the society, Rupindra Dhakesh, and opined that Dhobighat melody is the melody of life. 

He said, 'Life just like yesterday doesn't match today, today doesn't match tomorrow but each day leaves its own mark. In the same way, the essays of Dhobighat Melody are not compatible with each other, but all the essays have spoken a strong message.''

Sharma said that the essay succeeded in hitting the spoons of the society with a sharp arrow of satire. Wagle says that the work is successful in expanding the feeling of patriotism and satirizing social disharmony.  He said that some new experiments used in the

essay gave the essayist Sharma a unique identity.

Essayist Sharma said that he has presented what he has seen/experienced in life in the form of an essay. He said that he tried to write essays written in Nirban style for the flow of ideas.

Sharma, who is also the lyricist of popular songs such as Nizhchulima Nizh Baggyo..., Vanamarale Vanai Khayo..., has previously published a collection of essays titled 'Shabdshivir'. He is the principal of Little Angel School, Kathmandu, who has also written various textbooks on mathematics. 'Dhobighat Melody' has been brought to the market by Kama News Publications.

Writer Sarubhakta said that he was impressed by the poetic quality of Mukundaraj Sharma's essay. He said that Random has created a platform for intellectual debate in Pokhara and said that it will be of special importance in the literary and philosophical fields. Dr. who studied in
