The Joshi Research Institute Lagankhel, run under the leadership of cultural scholar Hariram Joshi, has awarded the 'Kadam Award 2081' and the 'Hariram Joshi Culture Award 2081' to Hittite system writer Padma Sundar Joshi and archivist Shyamsundar Rajvanshi this year.

Joshi Research Institute has been awarding 'Kadam Puskar' in honor of those who have made special contributions or achievements in literature, communication, and adventure in the country and 'Hari Ram Joshi Culture Award' in honor of those who have continued research in history and culture studies. Both the prize money is 25 thousand rupees. 

Culture expert Joshi expressed his happiness to honor Rajvanshi and Joshi. He said that he considers both of them as a source of inspiration. Culture experts have been continuously researching, writing and publishing Nepali culture and history since 2038.
