On the occasion of New Year 2082, a book exhibition has been started at Nepal Pragya-Pratishthan. The exhibition was inaugurated with the slogan 'All languages, all knowledge, all knowledge'. It is said that this exhibition will be conducted till May 28th.

 

Member Secretary of Nepal Pragya-Pratishthan Dr. According to Dhan Prasad Subedi, books on Nepali language, literature, culture, art, history, philosophy, sociology etc. are kept in the exhibition. He said, 'Books and magazines published before 2070 at a 60 percent discount, and a special 40 percent discount has been arranged for buying books published since 2071. 20 to 25 percent discount has been given even on dictionaries.'

Member Secretary Subedi added, 'We have been holding book exhibitions from time to time for the sale of books in the institution. Especially on the occasion of New Year and at other times we also hold book exhibitions.' In the

exhibition, precious works such as Amarkosh, Nepali Sahityakosh, Kautilya's Arthashastra, Jacques Rousseau's Confessions, Ishadi 9 Upanishads, Greek epic poet Homer's Odyssey, Hareram Joshi's Ancient Records, Gumansingh Chamling's Aristotle are kept.
